We strive to keep our customers happy. If you’re looking to return or exchange your purchase, we’re here to help!
We offer free returns within 3 days of purchase. For online purchases, courier times will be taken into consideration.
You can return and exchange your product for a different product of the same value, or a refund to the original payment method.
*Please note the following exceptions to our return and refund policy:
1. Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.
2. Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use.
3. Product exchanges are based on availability of replacement product, and remain at discretion of Red Dune Leather.
